How to perform

  1. Step 1

    Perform a push-up: Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows. Throughout the movement, your body should remain in a straight line from head to heels. Bring your chest as close to the floor as possible while maintaining proper form. Your elbows should bend to approximately a 90-degree angle.
