I started training at 19 after watching my father struggle with his health. That moment lit a fire that's never gone out. I studied exercise science, earned my NASM certification, and spent the next two decades learning what actually works — not what sells.
The fitness industry is full of noise. Fad diets. Extreme programs. Promises without systems. I built BenFit to cut through all of it and give people something rare: a coach who treats them as an individual, not a template.
Today I work with professionals, parents, and athletes across Orange County and online — people who are serious about long-term transformation and willing to do the quiet, consistent work that actually gets there.
