Quality Product
Only reason I purchased it is because of Bryan Johnson’s reputation. Like others said, the bag itself can have a better sealant, though the creatine itself is quality. It doesn’t taste like anything, so it’s versatile in whatever drink one would like.
I personally mix it in my morning smoothie’s or a glass of raw milk, when traveling I just mix it with water. Remember to mix it well though since it can settle pretty quickly. I keep mine in a separate container instead of the bag.

I’ve been using Blueprint Bryan Johnson Creatine Monohydrate Powder daily for about 4 weeks, and overall I’m impressed. Here are what I think are the pros and cons.
What I liked:
• Purity & Testing: The product is micronized creatine, and I liked that every batch is third-party tested for purity and heavy metals. It gives me confidence I’m not putting anything sketchy into my body.
• Dosage & Value: 5 g per serving is standard and enough. 100 servings in a bag is very generous, so cost per serving is reasonable.
• Mixability / Taste: Unflavored version means no weird aftertaste. I mix it with water or in my pre-workout drink, and it dissolves pretty cleanly—no gritty texture, which is a big plus.
• Effects: After a few weeks of resistance training, I’ve noticed slightly better strength and faster recovery (less soreness). Also seems to help with energy during workouts.
• Versatility: Because it’s unflavored and clean, I can stack it with protein powders or other supplements without flavor clashing.

Excellent product.
Tasteless and dissolves perfectly. Extremely clean. Bit pricey comparatively to other brands but worth the premium if you value extremely clean no nonsense supplements. Will buy again.

Product looked very clean and consistent. Seems to be effective so far. The packaging seems high quality in terms of material thickness and artwork on the cover, but I think the resealing mechanism can be improved. Difficult to reseal once you use it the first time.

Fantastic! I read that a lot of creatine on Amazon is not actually even contain creatine. The one I was taking for years, I thought was good, until I switched to blueprint. Both my husband and I have noticed a significant difference in quality and our body. We are noticing way more muscular toning which leads us to think that the other brand was not good. We always purchase blueprint‘s products because we know they actually care and take the steps to ensure quality ingredients.
