Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to BenFit consultations, assessments, personal training sessions, mobile training, online coaching, subscriptions, and service bookings. By booking or purchasing BenFit services, you agree to this policy.
1. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule personal training sessions, assessments, or consultations at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time unless a different written agreement applies.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or counted as a used session.
No-shows may be charged in full and counted as a used session.
2. Late Arrival
If you arrive late or are unavailable at the scheduled time, the session may still end at the originally scheduled end time. The full session fee may apply. If BenFit is late due to circumstances within BenFit’s control, reasonable time will be added or the session will be rescheduled when appropriate.
3. Mobile Training Location Requirements
Clients must provide a safe, accessible, and appropriate training location.
If BenFit arrives and the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable, the session may be canceled and charged as a late cancellation.
Clients are responsible for parking instructions, gate access, building access, pets, weather considerations, and any location-specific requirements.
4. Subscription or Recurring Coaching Cancellation
If you are enrolled in a monthly or recurring coaching plan, you may cancel future renewals by providing notice through the approved cancellation method before your next billing date. Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Recommended cancellation notice: at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Approved cancellation methods: email to behnam.crossfit@gmail.com, client portal/account cancellation if available, or written confirmation through an approved booking system.
Messages sent by social media DM or WhatsApp may be accepted only when BenFit confirms the cancellation in writing.
If your plan has a minimum commitment, early cancellation may not be available until the commitment is completed unless BenFit approves an exception.
5. Auto-Renewal and Continuous Service
For any automatic renewal or continuous service plan, BenFit will disclose renewal terms, billing amount, billing frequency, cancellation instructions, and any minimum commitment before purchase or in the written agreement. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize BenFit or its payment provider to charge your payment method until you cancel according to this policy.
6. Program Pauses
Program pauses may be available for certain coaching packages due to travel, medical reasons, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. Pauses are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing. A pause does not automatically extend expiration dates unless BenFit confirms the extension.
7. Emergency Exceptions
BenFit may consider emergency exceptions for documented illness, medical emergencies, family emergencies, or unavoidable events. Approval is at BenFit’s discretion and may result in a reschedule, credit, pause, or other reasonable accommodation.
8. BenFit-Initiated Cancellations
If BenFit needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, travel issue, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances, BenFit will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly. If a reasonable reschedule is not possible, a credit or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation is not complete until BenFit confirms the cancellation or reschedule in writing.
