Shipping / Delivery Policy
This Shipping / Delivery Policy explains how BenFit delivers digital products, coaching services, mobile training, and any physical merchandise that may be offered in the future.
1. Digital Products and Online Programs
Digital products may include training PDFs, nutrition guides, mobility programs, video links, checklists, templates, online coaching materials, and related content. Digital products are delivered by email, download link, client portal, app, or another digital access method after purchase or onboarding.
Typical digital delivery time: immediately to 48 hours after purchase, depending on the product and setup requirements.
Customized plans may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated at purchase or onboarding.

2. Coaching and Service Delivery
Coaching services, assessments, consultations, and personal training sessions are delivered by scheduled appointment, online communication, mobile in-person training, video call, app-based coaching, email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication method.
Mobile personal training is available in selected areas of Orange County, California, subject to scheduling and travel availability.
Online coaching and digital support may be provided remotely.
Service start dates may depend on completion of intake forms, payment, consultation, and scheduling confirmation.
3. Physical Products / Merchandise
BenFit currently focuses on training, coaching, digital programs, and services. If BenFit sells physical products or merchandise in the future, the following terms will apply unless a product page states otherwise.
Order processing time: typically 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping times vary by carrier, destination, and product availability.
Shipping costs, taxes, and delivery options will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
BenFit is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact behnam.crossfit@gmail.com within 7 days with order details and photos.
4. Returns for Physical Products
If physical products are offered, returns may be accepted only for unused, unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery, unless marked final sale. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Lost Access or Delivery Issues
If you cannot access a digital product, program, or coaching material, contact us at behnam.crossfit@gmail.com. BenFit will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend materials, or provide an alternative delivery method.
