Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for BenFit services, digital products, assessments, programs, subscriptions, and coaching packages. By purchasing from BenFit.pro, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Principle
BenFit provides time-based coaching, customized programming, digital materials, and professional services. Because many services require preparation, scheduling, personalization, and coach availability, all purchases are considered final unless this Refund Policy, a written agreement, or applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Assessments and Consultations
Paid assessments and consultations are non-refundable once completed.
If you cancel or reschedule within the allowed cancellation window, your payment may be credited toward a future assessment or program.
No-shows or late cancellations may be forfeited according to the Cancellation Policy.
3. Digital Products and Downloadable Plans
Digital products, downloadable PDFs, training plans, nutrition frameworks, mobility programs, exercise libraries, templates, guides, and online program materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless required by law or unless there is a duplicate charge or technical delivery issue that BenFit cannot reasonably resolve.
4. One-Time Training or Nutrition Plans
Customized training plans, nutrition plans, corrective exercise plans, and transformation plans require time and personalization. Once work has started, these purchases are non-refundable. If you request cancellation before work begins, BenFit may provide a partial refund or credit at its discretion.
5. Coaching Packages and Subscriptions
Monthly coaching fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Unused check-ins, messaging access, digital materials, or coaching availability are not refunded if you choose not to use them.
If you cancel a recurring plan, cancellation will stop future billing according to the Cancellation Policy, but does not automatically refund charges already processed.
Minimum commitment periods, if any, will be disclosed before purchase or in a written agreement.
6. Mobile Personal Training Sessions
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Prepaid session packs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Unused sessions may expire according to the expiration date listed at purchase or in your agreement.
If BenFit must cancel and cannot provide a reasonable reschedule option, a credit or refund may be offered at BenFit’s discretion.
7. Medical, Emergency, or Special Circumstances
BenFit may review refund or credit requests for documented medical emergencies, relocations, or extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed. Where appropriate, BenFit may offer a pause, service credit, transfer, or partial refund instead of a cash refund.
8. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us at [INSERT EMAIL] within 7 days of the charge. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact BenFit first to resolve billing concerns. If you file a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue, your access to services, programs, and materials may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
10. How to Request a Refund Review

Your full name and contact information.
The service or product purchased.
Date of purchase and amount paid.
Reason for the request.
Any supporting documentation, if applicable.
Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.
